Best Grilled Cheese Recipe

– ¼ cup butter, softened – 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese – 8 slices cooked bacon – 4 slices Cheddar cheese – 8 slices sourdough bread

Ingredients:

Mix together butter and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl until they're evenly mixed.

Place two slices of bacon and one slice of Cheddar cheese on half of the bread slices to make sandwiches. Put the remaining slices of bread on top.

Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Spread some of the butter mixture on top of each sandwich.  

Put the sandwiches in the skillet with the butter side down. 

Spread the rest of the butter mixture on the other sides.  

Cook until both sides are golden brown, about 3 minutes each. 

To serve, cut the sandwiches in half diagonally.
