– 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef – ½ onion, finely chopped – ½ cup shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese – 1 egg – 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix – 1 clove garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Use your hands to shape the mixture into 4 patties. 

Place the patties on the hot grill and cook them until they're no longer pink inside and the juices run clear 

This usually takes about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.  

. You can check if they're done by using a meat thermometer – it should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (or 74 degrees Celsius) when inserted into the center of the patty.
