Best Pecan Pie Recipe

1 9-inch unbaked pie crust 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup corn syrup 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 1/2 cups pecan halves


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined. 

Stir in the pecan halves until they are evenly coated with the mixture. 

Pour the pecan filling into the unbaked pie crust. 

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F (175°C), or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. 

Allow the pie to cool before serving. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
