Best Roast Beef Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 3-4 pounds of beef roast (such as ribeye or sirloin) 2. 2 tablespoons olive oil 3. 4 cloves garlic, minced 4. 2 teaspoons dried thyme 5. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary 6. Salt and pepper to taste 7. 1 cup beef broth

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Rub the olive oil all over the beef roast, ensuring it's evenly coated. 

Sprinkle the herb and garlic mixture over the entire surface of the roast, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the seasoned roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth into the bottom of the pan.

Roast the beef in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness (145°F for medium rare.

Once done, remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a juicier roast.
