Brown Sugar and Honey Juicy Ham 

3 lb cooked ham 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup honey ½ cup orange juice 2 tbsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg Black pepper, as needed Salt, as needed


Wrap the ham in foil. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F / 190°C for 25 minutes.

Put the ham in the air fryer basket with the seam on top. 

While the ham cooks, make the glaze by mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. 

Once preheating is done, place the ham in the basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 350°F / 175°C.

When done, open the basket and carefully unwrap the ham. Brush the glaze on top and leave the foil open.

Cook for another 15 minutes. Check the temperature with a thermometer, it should read 45 degrees F.

Take the ham out and let it rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
