NGREDIENTS 1⁄2cup butter 2ounces unsweetened chocolate 2ounces semisweet chocolate

- 1cup powdered sugar 2eggs 2egg yolk 6tablespoons all-purpose flour – whipped cream, for serving

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425°F; grease ramekins. 2. Microwave butter and chocolate until melted. 3. Stir in powdered sugar, then whisk in eggs.

4. Add flour; divide batter into ramekins. 5. Bake 13-14 mins until edges set but centers soft. 6. Let stand for 1 min; run knife around cakes.

7. Invert cakes onto plates. 8. Top with whipped cream and serve promptly.
