Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

   INGREDIENTS – ¼ cup olive oil – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – ½ teaspoon sea salt – 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced

2 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust  – 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese – 4 ounces shredded Fontina cheese – 10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried

– ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS 1. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt; marinate tomatoes for 15 mins. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 3. Brush crusts with tomato marinade.

4. Spread Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses evenly. 5. Arrange marinated tomatoes on top. 6. Sprinkle with basil, Parmesan, and feta cheese.

7. Bake until cheese is golden brown, about 10 mins. 8. Enjoy bubbly, flavorful pizza fresh from the oven!
