Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

For the Dough: 1 cup oat flour 3 tbsp panela 1 tbsp coconut oil ½ cup (80 ml) milk 1 tsp vanilla extract For the Filling: 1 tsp coconut oil 3 tbsp panela ½ tbsp cinnamon powder


For the Icing: ½ cup greek yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp honey or stevia



Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl. Place on a surface and roll with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.

Brush the coconut oil on top and then add the panela and cinnamon mixture.

Roll up. If necessary, cut in half and put in a pan. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.

Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the pan inside. Close.
