Overnight Oats Recipe

– ½ cup whole rolled oats – 1 tablespoon chia seeds – ½ teaspoon maple syrup, plus more for serving – Pinch of sea salt – ¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional – ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk


A Mason jar or another jar with a lid should hold the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt, and Greek yogurt, if you chose to use it.

Stir in the almond milk until the chia seeds are well mixed and there are no more clumps at the bottom of the jar.

Put it in the fridge overnight or for up to 5 days with the lid on.

Add any toppings you want in the morning, and serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Add applesauce and cinnamon to the overnight oat base to make apple pie overnight oats.

Put in the fridge overnight. If you want, you can add maple syrup and diced apple, nuts, and cinnamon apples in the morning.

Make the plain overnight oat base for peach crisp overnight oats. Put in the fridge overnight.
