Quick And Easy Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 2 lemon – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 1. Start by slicing one lemon thinly and set it aside. Juice the other lemon and set the juice aside.

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the lemon marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

While the chicken is cooking, add the sliced lemons to the skillet and cook them until they are caramelized and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving platter. Garnish with the caramelized lemon slices and fresh parsley.
