Roasted Carrots Recipe

INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped ¼ tsp dried oregano, as needed Salt pepper freshly ground 1 lb carrot, peeled sliced, cut into lengths (5 cm) 1 ⅓ tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Put the carrots in a big bowl and mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Set the oven to Roast at 380°F / 195°C for 10 minutes 

When the oven says "Add Food," open it and put the carrots in the basket. Close the basket. 

When the oven says "Turn Food," use tongs to flip the carrots. Close the basket again to keep cooking.

Once the cooking is done, take out the basket and put the carrots back into the bowl. 

Add parsley, mix gently, and taste to see if it needs more salt and pepper.  

Serve the carrots warm.
