Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 cup pumpkin seed – 1 tablespoon olive oil – Salt to taste – Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, cinnamon

Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Clean Seeds: After scooping out the seeds from the pumpkin, place them in a colander and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Remove any pulp or stringy bits. 

Dry Seeds: Pat the seeds dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Make sure they are completely dry before proceeding. 

Season Seeds: In a bowl, toss the dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil and salt. If desired, add any additional seasonings of your choice, such as garlic powder, paprika .

Spread on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 

Roast Seeds: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the pumpkin seeds for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy. 

Cool and Serve: Once roasted, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the pumpkin seeds cool completely.
