Tater Tots Casserole Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 pound ground beef – 1 small onion, diced – 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup – 1 cup frozen mixed vegetable – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tot – Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat. 

Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until heated through. 

1. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. 2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese. 

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Tater Tots Casserole!
