Whole Wheat Pancake

Ingredient –1 cup whole wheat flour –1 cup milk –3 large egg –1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1 Tablespoon honey –2 teaspoons baking powder –1 teaspoon baking soda –1/4 cup oil

DIRECTIONS: 1. Blend wheat flour and milk for 3 mins. Add other ingredients, blend till smooth. 2. Preheat griddle to 375°F or use non-stick pan on medium heat.

3. Pour batter on hot pan, cook for 1-2 mins each side till golden brown. 4. Don't press pancakes while cooking; they'll puff up.

5. Keep batter thin, it'll rise as it cooks. 6. Ensure griddle is hot before pouring batter.

7. Use ladle to portion pancake batter evenly. 8. Aim for golden brown color for perfect pancakes.
